Payment methods:

International customers may pay directly to our account using BIC and SWIFT codes.  Alternatively, it is possible to pay via Pay pal, all payments only in Euro! The information either way will be given to you as soon as we have agreed on the total amount for the work to be done.

All needed details will be sent to you after we have discussed the total amount of the project. Postage prices are subject to the weight and size of the finished model (s). The postage price will be added to the total amount at the end.

Would you like to pay in full in advance or 50% as down payment, other half when finished? 

Would you like to pay with International Bank transfer IBAN/BIC or Pay pal?

Would you prefer uninsured or insured postage?

Postage and delivery times:

 All orders will be dispatched well packed and in secure boxes. At the same time, we will try to keep the prices for postage as low as possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot give exact delivery times. As this is depends on the delivery speed of the postage service in you own country. Because after the package has been given to the delivery service we have no control over the item anymore. However, please allow up to 28 days for international deliveries.

Insured postage:

 Insured postage is subject to weight and size, but we will gladly offer you this. The customer carries the extra cost. We would like to mention that items sent uninsured are entirely at the buyer’s own risk! We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit. If you choose to pay via paypal then Insurance is maditory! We will then also only send the items to the registered address by Paypal, no exceptions. Insurance would be extra therefore please contact me before hand.
