Order settlement:

After we have discussed in detail how you would like the miniature or unit customised and you are satisfied with our ideas, we will ask you to pay the amount we agreed on to our account.

You can either pay in full or half as a down-payment to cover parts and bitz.

 As soon as we have the first pictures of the WIP’s we will send you an update of your miniature or regiment, to discus any minor changes or just to keep you updated and us informed that we are on the right way.

 Depending on the size of the assignment we will send more picture as time goes by.

When we have finished with conversion work, we will send you pictures of the finished work.

If you are satisfied with the finished Product we will the ask you to pay the open amount if not done so before. As soon as the last payment has arrived on our account we will send out the custom made miniature or unit with the postage agreed on.
